I have been a customer there for years, bought vehicles and Tim in the truck shop has been your best associate however when I call and ask for him and I'm stressed out I don't expect to get the run around from your service advisor, If it wasn't for Tim I would find another service provider, yes I was upset but w/o the customer you have no business this no job you may get your check from Penske but I pay Them. My car was taken back at exactly 10 oโ€™clock and an hour and 23 minutes later all my work was completed! The waiting room is comfortable with television and many magazines to read. The restroom was spotless. I am very satisfied with this service department!

The people were friendly. I brought my Buick for State inspection. I expected a long wait. I was amazed how quickly the service was performed. It only took a little over an hour. When I called to make an appointment, your service manager asked me if I was dropping off or going to wait. The email I received the day before my appointment, mentioned shuttle service was available. However, it was not mentioned to me when I called for service.

I went in for my first oil change , and to address a settings issue. After 2 hours I went to the service desk to check on the status of truck. He looked at me like I was from outer space. He said that they had to order a part and that I would have to come back for the repair. No , we are sorry itโ€™s taking so long .. nothing !! Two and a half hours later I finally got my truck back. This is the second issue I have had with this truck in less than year. Put yourself in my shoes and tell me how you would feel .

Brought my suv in for service cause it kept telling me service AWD. The handsome gentleman at the service desk flashed me I MEAN MY CARS COMPUTER to check for codes. Took it on a hard ride to check for issue but it didnโ€™t go show up again. They said maybe it was ghosts but I donโ€™t believe in ghosts. At least not human ghosts, just cat ghosts only. I donโ€™t know where I was going with this. Ghosts are bad but Penske is good?

I had an appointment for my 30,000 mile checkup for my encore GX at 10 AM. My car was taken back for service at exactly 10 oโ€™clock and I sat in a very comfortable waiting room speaking with other customers and watching TV until my car was finished at 11:15 AM . The service department personnel are always friendly and come out and explain to you if your car needs anything in addition to the regular tuneup and this time they recommended new air filter and cabin filter to which I agreed! The showroom and waiting room are always bright and clean! This is always a pleasant experience when I used to dread these checkups with other dealerships!

My truck had a check engine light on when I took it in. The diagnosis was a bad fuel pump. They explained that they did not have the part but would by Monday. Their shuttle service took me home. I received a call Monday afternoon that my truck was done. I requested shuttle service which they provided and took me to the dealership. I was there a very short time and left with my vehicle.

Unfortunately I could not leave my car overnight that day so the repair was rescheduled for next week. Car was done in time I was told it would take and the quote was right on. I was going through a difficult situation with rodents having done damage to my Chevy Malibu electrical system and they worked with me to help rectify the problem as economically as possible since I am retired. At the same time I am dealing with a transmission shudder and very dark oil on my 2020 Chevy Suburban that only has 26,000 miles. Had the transmission oil changed and I requested an oil sample so I can send it to an oil testing laboratory. Awaiting the results. I am very concerned about the result of the oil analysis and disappointed that a low mileage vehicle is experiencing this problem and now out of warranty. My communications have been with Paul McEwen and he is very informative and helpful.

My oil change itself was not a problem. Unfortunately, after getting my car back, I noticed a scratch on the driver side door as I got into my vehicle. Taylor was hands down best salesman I ever dealt with and any dealership I ever went to!!! My only issue is when I first looked at car it was in the mechanic shop due to a noise in the driverside front end that was awaiting parts to fix. When car was fixed a week later I than finalized my paper work.. appond driving car soon as I let lot the noise in the front driverside was very loud inside and outside the car. I immediately call and said something, I took car back couple days later for the service department to look over.. I was told they found nothing but if I wanted it might be lower control arms and I could have them replaced to 1000 dollars!!!!!! I was also told its safe to just live with the constant noise! Is that how you put your used cars out for sale? Just live with the noise you knew was there and tried to fix and could so now I just gotta live with it? Is that how you guys sell used cars? I know i didnt buy no 80k truck but I expected better from service department

Was told it was a transmission code, the fluid temperature sensor harness, charged 800+ and on the way home after work completed the engine light came back on. The vehicle app diagnostic says now emissions system. I look under the carriage and noticed they had removed my y-pipe/cat. Converter(has new bolts) to work on the transmission. We will see if im charged for a new problem that wasnt there till they messed with it. Schedule for recheck on 9/17

I have been dealing with Penske for 9 years. This is the first time that I was not happy with the time it took to service my car. I made an appointment a week in advance and took the car to the service center the day before my appointment. I didn't hear anything and called the service center around 1:30 pm and apparently the technician didn't work on the car. I wasn't notified till approximately 2:30 - 3:00. I picked the car up the next day.

We are highly disappointed with our entire experience. Our GPS has not been working on either navigation we use. They told us that it is completely normal for our GPS to get off track for miles. That we need to unpair and repair the phone while trying to drive. We got the truck back and went to take it to a horse show while pulling a horse trailer on the turnpike the gps stopped working again. Unconnected my phone and my gps on my phone worked just fine hooked it back up to the truck and it went off route again. The truck is making a loud squeaking noise upon start up and while driving and were told that is completely normal. However, another mechanic has told us there is an issue and will be getting a second opinion. We have only had the truck since July and so disappointed to be having issues thatโ€™s are considered normal. Also, we wanted to add tow mirrors to the truck and nobody ever got back to us if they can install this for us or not. In addition, we have paint chipping already and itโ€™s not covered under the additional warranty that we paid for.

This service was for an oil change and then we decided to rotate the tires also. It took 10 days to get an appointment, even with offering to drop the vehicle off. On the day the service was performed, I didn't get a call that the vehicle was finished until after 3:00 in the afternoon and that was just a quick voice mail stating the vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. I get coupon flyers constantly in the mail, although the "sale" price was not honored.

The car was in for a fuel injection repair. It took several hours for the repair, so Penske gave me another car to use in the mean time. The repairs were completed in the time line that they quoted. After two weeks of being there, the problem was finally resolved and the truck no longer smokes. One thing that wasnโ€™t fixed however, is that the service 4WD light came on this morning. I was told that it they couldn't duplicate it, but I did first thing this morning. For as much as I just paid for the last repairs, I expect that this be handled at your expense and to provide a loner when I get back in town.
